Operating principle

       This screen utilize dual-body sub-resonance principle: that is fixed screen body’s linear motion and activated floating frame vibration. They move in relatively direction. In this process, the screen panel continues expanding and contracting (800 times per minute) so achieve a high acceleration rates (up to 50 g) and prevent the screen panel openings from plugging.

Characteristic

• The screen panel continue expanding and contracting which can produce 50g acceleration to material on panel, so it suit to screen wet sticky material. No blinding of openings.
• It combines the advantages of banana screens with those of our flip flow screen. High material velocities on the screen deck on the feeding side and relatively low layer heights allow for considerably higher specific throughput rates. The discharge end screen has an lower inclination, causing the material to slow down. This allows the screen to filter out the remaining fine material and to achieve the desired screening efficiency.
